These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the cbajia platform and all associated services. The key terms used in this document are defined below.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the cbajia website, mobile site, and all related digital services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has created a registered account on cbajia.
• "Gaming Activities" refers to slots, cricket betting, casino games, and all other games available on the platform.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, cashback, or special reward given to members by cbajia.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2.1 Age Requirement

To participate on the cbajia platform, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or participating in any gaming activities. cbajia may request valid identification for age verification at any time.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, cbajia has the right to cancel all such accounts and withhold any associated funds.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details completely confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify the cbajia support team immediately. The member is personally responsible for the security of their account.

3.1 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on cbajia is ৳100 (one hundred taka). Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions must be completed in Bangladeshi Taka.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds will generally reach your account within 10 to 45 minutes. However, this may occasionally take longer due to banking processes.

3.3 Verification Process

Before processing a withdrawal, cbajia may carry out an identity verification (KYC) process. You may be required to provide a copy of your national ID card or passport. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.4 Transaction Cancellation

Once a deposit has been made, it cannot be cancelled. A withdrawal request may be cancelled through support before processing has begun. Once processing has started, cancellation will not be possible.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Example: to withdraw a ৳1,000 bonus, a total of ৳15,000 (15 × ৳1,000) must be wagered in gaming activities. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period — any unused bonus will be cancelled after it expires.
• Multiple bonus offers may not apply at the same time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the account may be suspended and the bonus cancelled.
• cbajia reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.

5.1 General Gaming Rules

All gaming services offered on cbajia are for entertainment purposes. Each game has its own rules, which are detailed on the relevant game page. Users are advised to read the rules of a specific game before starting to play.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game and event has set minimum and maximum betting limits. These limits are displayed in the game interface. cbajia reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

5.3 Technical Errors

If a technical fault in the software or server causes an incorrect result to be displayed, cbajia reserves the right to void that result. Any winnings resulting from a technical error will be considered void, and cbajia holds the right to make the final decision on such matters.

5.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

For cricket and other sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded unless the specific rules for that event state otherwise. If a match is abandoned or the result is uncertain, cbajia's decision will be considered final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cbajia platform:

• Playing games or placing bets using any illegal or fraudulent method.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated means.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Abusing bonuses or claiming bonus benefits through multiple accounts.
• Attempting to introduce malware, viruses, or harmful code into the cbajia system.
• Harassing, threatening, or showing disrespectful behavior toward other members.

7.1 Suspension by cbajia

cbajia may suspend or permanently close any account without prior warning in the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• In cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Upon a court order or at the request of a regulatory authority.
• In cases of submitting false identification or attempting to bypass the verification process.

7.2 Closure by the Member

Any member may request to close their own account. Please contact us via 24/7 live chat or email. The member will be given the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before the account is closed, provided there are no pending verifications.

8.1 Setting Self-Limits

8.2 Self-Exclusion
